  • 01Lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives, measured by achieving team quota and growing consumption among top strategic FSI accounts in SEA
  • 02Drive revenue success: own and exceed team quarterly/annual sales targets
  • 03Build and implement strategic plans: develop and execute evolving revenue plans and growth tactics for strategic financial services customers
  • 04Cultivate strong executive relationships with customers/partners and lead cross-functional teams
  • 05Create trust-based relationships: develop long-term customer, partner, and cross-functional relationships
  • 06Distill customer needs and value: enable team to understand customer commercial goals and relate to Databricks value proposition
  • 07Manage the front-line voice of Databricks: lead team to effectively communicate value proposition through proposals and presentations

Требования

  • 01Minimum 10+ years of experience as a senior executive at a top-tier FSI, management consulting firm, or leading software company in a similar capacity
  • 02Experienced (5+ years) high-growth SaaS leader with experience leading a sales team to new heights
  • 03Experience selling to Enterprise Customers in the SEA region
  • 04Strong knowledge of the FSI technical landscape, ecosystem, and existing relationships with Hyperscalers
  • 05Experience translating a highly technical product to business value for the CSuite
  • 06Experience in big data, selling against open source or freemium (a plus)
  • 07Track record of success executing against personal and team goals while continually upleveling processes
  • 08Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower employees to achieve personal objectives with a team-first mindset
