Strategic Enterprise Sales Leader

- 01Lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives, measured by achieving team quota and growing consumption among top strategic FSI accounts in SEA
- 02Drive revenue success: own and exceed team quarterly/annual sales targets
- 03Build and implement strategic plans: develop and execute evolving revenue plans and growth tactics for strategic financial services customers
- 04Cultivate strong executive relationships with customers/partners and lead cross-functional teams
- 05Create trust-based relationships: develop long-term customer, partner, and cross-functional relationships
- 06Distill customer needs and value: enable team to understand customer commercial goals and relate to Databricks value proposition
- 07Manage the front-line voice of Databricks: lead team to effectively communicate value proposition through proposals and presentations
Требования
- 01Minimum 10+ years of experience as a senior executive at a top-tier FSI, management consulting firm, or leading software company in a similar capacity
- 02Experienced (5+ years) high-growth SaaS leader with experience leading a sales team to new heights
- 03Experience selling to Enterprise Customers in the SEA region
- 04Strong knowledge of the FSI technical landscape, ecosystem, and existing relationships with Hyperscalers
- 05Experience translating a highly technical product to business value for the CSuite
- 06Experience in big data, selling against open source or freemium (a plus)
- 07Track record of success executing against personal and team goals while continually upleveling processes
- 08Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower employees to achieve personal objectives with a team-first mindset
