Senior Product Manager, Money Movement

01Define product requirements for payment rails and vendor integrations, including data aggregators and payment processors
02Partner with engineering to deliver reliable systems that support deposits, withdrawals, and internal money movement
03Identify and prioritize improvements that reduce transaction failures, latency, and operational overhead
04Work with compliance and legal teams to ensure all payment systems meet regulatory requirements
05Monitor key metrics such as transaction success rates and processing times, and use insights to guide product decisions

01Bachelor’s, Master's, or equivalent experience
023+ years experience in a product management role
03Familiarity using research, experimentation and product analytics to guide decision making
04Ability to balance strategic with creative decision making
05A strong sense of urgency and speed
06High standards and a strong work ethic
07Familiarity with payment systems (ACH, wires, card networks) or vendor integrations such as data aggregators
08Clear communication skills and ability to work effectively with engineering, operations, and external partners

01Role is based in Menlo Park, CA or New York City, NY office, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week

08Base Pay Range: Zone 1 $140,000 — $165,000 USD, Zone 2 $123,000 — $145,000 USD, Zone 3 $110,000 — $129,000 USD
