- 01Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities across cryptocurrency exchanges, custodians, blockchain protocols, and decentralized finance platforms
- 02Lead contract negotiations ensuring terms meet commercial, product, legal, security, and regulatory requirements
- 03Collaborate with product teams to align partnership needs with the crypto roadmap
- 04Manage onboarding and integration of new partners with product, engineering, design, research, and compliance teams
- 05Maintain and improve relationships with existing partners, tracking performance and identifying improvement opportunities
- 06Analyze partnership performance and industry trends to inform new initiatives and roadmap priorities
Требования
- 015+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategy with cryptocurrency or blockchain focus
- 02Strong understanding of blockchain technology, crypto markets, and key ecosystem participants
- 03Proven ability to build effective relationships and communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders
- 04Structured, detail‑oriented approach to evaluating opportunities and producing high‑quality work
- 05Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and adapt in a fast‑paced environment

- 01In‑person work in New York, NY office, at least 3 days per week
- 02Base salary $179,000 – $210,000 USD (Zone 1) with bonus, equity, and 401(k) matching
