- 01Define and manage privacy program roadmaps, including milestones, timelines, and measurable outcomes such as KPIs and reporting metrics
- 02Partner with engineering, legal, compliance, and data teams to ensure privacy requirements are clearly defined and implemented in systems and processes
- 03Build and scale programs that support data governance, including data lifecycle management, retention, and access controls
- 04Lead planning and reporting processes, including executive updates and progress tracking across multiple initiatives
- 05Translate complex technical systems into clear plans and documentation to support consistent execution across teams
Требования
- 015+ years of experience in technical program management or a related role within a technology-focused organization
- 02Ability to understand system design concepts and break down complex technical problems into structured plans
- 03Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present clearly to senior stakeholders
- 04Experience building and managing privacy programs with defined milestones, metrics, and reporting processes
- 05Ability to work through ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in a high-growth environment
