Engineering Manager, Concierge

- 01Lead and develop a team of engineers, providing technical guidance, regular feedback, and support for career growth
- 02Partner with product and design to define requirements, scope milestones, and deliver customer-facing features that support high-value Robinhood customers
- 03Oversee the design and implementation of backend or full-stack systems that power concierge tools, tax-related workflows, and estate planning capabilities
- 04Establish clear engineering processes to ensure reliable delivery, code quality, and system scalability as the product expands to new markets
- 05Contribute technically when needed, reviewing architecture decisions and helping the team solve complex implementation challenges
Требования
- 011–3 years of experience managing engineers, with a track record of supporting performance and career development
- 02Experience building and launching 0→1 or early-stage consumer-facing products, or leading product-adjacent platform initiatives
- 03Strong backend or full-stack technical background, with the ability to review system design and guide architectural decisions
- 04Experience working on teams that ship customer-facing software at scale, ideally in environments with 50+ engineers
- 05Ability to translate business goals into clear technical plans and measurable milestones

- 06Base pay range: Zone 1 (Menlo Park, CA; New York, NY; Bellevue, WA; Washington, DC) $230,000 — $270,000 USD
- 07Zone 2 (Denver, CO; Westlake, TX; Chicago, IL) $203,000 — $238,000 USD
- 08Zone 3 (Lake Mary, FL; Clearwater, FL; Gainesville, FL) $180,000 — $211,000 USD
