Staff Product Designer, Prediction Markets

01Own end-to-end design for key product areas within Prediction Markets, from concept through launch
02Design and deliver user experiences for trading flows, engagement features, and web platform expansion
03Partner with product managers, engineers, and operations teams to define requirements and execute on high-priority initiatives
04Translate complex, ambiguous problem spaces into clear, intuitive product experiences
05Incorporate feedback from senior leadership and stakeholders into design iterations while maintaining product quality

015+ years of experience as a product designer with a strong visual design portfolio
02Experience designing end-to-end product experiences, including launching new or early-stage products
03Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and can independently drive projects forward
04Collaborate effectively with product, engineering, and operational partners to deliver results
05Synthesize feedback from multiple stakeholders and apply it to improve product outcomes
06Proficient in design tools such as Figma and open to incorporating AI tools into your workflow

01Base Pay Range (Menlo Park, CA; New York, NY): $166,000 — $195,000 USD
