- 01Collaborate with designers, engineers, and product managers to shape visual direction and ensure consistency across the Robinhood product suite
- 02Design and evolve Robinhood’s design language, including icons, color schemes, and UI components
- 03Support high‑impact product launches with strong visual craft and storytelling
- 04Evolve the internal design system to be AI‑ready and support new aesthetics and functionality
- 05Advocate for design excellence and provide mentorship through critiques and shared best practices
Требования
- 018+ years experience designing and evolving scalable design systems in a product environment
- 02Deep expertise in visual design with strong attention to typography, layout, color, and composition
- 03Strong communication skills and ability to influence design decisions across teams
- 04Experience navigating complex stakeholder environments and balancing design rigor with business needs
- 05Mastery of design tools such as Figma; experience with generative AI design tools (e.g., MidJourney, Lovable, Magic Patterns) is a plus
Условия
- 01Based in Bellevue, WA; Menlo Park, CA; or New York, NY with at least 3 days per week in‑office attendance
- 02Base salary range $191,000–$225,000 (Zone 1), $168,000–$198,000 (Zone 2), $150,000–$176,000 (Zone 3) plus bonus, equity, and 401(k) matching
