- 01Lead design for new product initiatives, from early exploration through launch, ensuring clear and usable customer experiences
- 02Translate complex financial, legal, and technical requirements into simple and effective design solutions
- 03Partner with product managers, engineers, and legal teams to align on requirements and deliver high-quality product experiences
- 04Influence executive decision-making and product strategy by championing design vision and driving alignment with senior leadership
- 05Use design tools and AI-assisted workflows to improve speed, quality, and collaboration across the design process

- 01You have significant experience designing consumer-facing digital products with a strong portfolio demonstrating craft and usability
- 02You have experience leading design work independently on complex projects, ideally in small teams or early-stage environments
- 03You are comfortable working within regulated domains and collaborating with legal or compliance partners
- 04You can communicate design decisions clearly and influence stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization
- 05You are experienced with modern design tools (e.g., Figma) and have incorporated AI tools into your workflow to improve efficiency

- 01Role is based in Menlo Park, CA and New York, NY offices, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week
- 02Base Pay Range: Zone 1 (Menlo Park, CA; New York, NY; Bellevue, WA; Washington, DC) $191,000 — $225,000 USD
- 03Zone 2 (Denver, CO; Westlake, TX; Chicago, IL) $168,000 — $198,000 USD
- 04Zone 3 (Lake Mary, FL; Clearwater, FL; Gainesville, FL) $150,000 — $176,000 USD
