Требования

  • 01Minimum 15 years professional experience
  • 02At least 1 year in management experience
  • 03Experience building and leading high-impact teams in dynamic environments
  • 04Experience leading customer success managers, account managers, or technical teams
  • 05Experience in finance or fintech
  • 06Excellent collaboration skills
  • 07Proven track record in managing complex environments
  • 08Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 09Strong sales revenue growth and/or operational background
  • 10Ability to make data-driven decisions
