- 12Build coaching culture and remove roadblocks
- 13Maintain metrics and analysis of team performance
- 14Foster Stripe's values and user-centric philosophy
- 15Build organization through recruiting, training, and process definition
Требования
- 01Minimum 15 years professional experience
- 02At least 1 year in management experience
- 03Experience building and leading high-impact teams in dynamic environments
- 04Experience leading customer success managers, account managers, or technical teams
- 05Experience in finance or fintech
- 06Excellent collaboration skills
- 07Proven track record in managing complex environments
- 08Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 09Strong sales revenue growth and/or operational background
- 10Ability to make data-driven decisions
