Customer Success Manager

  • 01Lead the post-sale engagement, retention, and growth of customers, partnering closely with the Account Executive
  • 02Support expansion of accounts by identifying opportunities and driving business outcomes
  • 03Build and foster relationships with senior executives in business, product, engineering, finance, and IT
  • 04Evangelize Stripe customer success stories and processes
  • 05Articulate and drive customer use cases, value and expansion while maintaining trusted advisor status
  • 06Serve as a trusted payments and commerce advisor, educating customers on product use and benefits
  • 07Perform business reviews aligned with the account team to discuss priorities, roadmap, satisfaction and usage insights
  • 08Advocate for the customer to internal stakeholders and share feedback to product, engineering, support, marketing and sales
  • 09Drive overall account health including payments performance, cost optimization, product adoption, usage velocity, renewals, referrals and satisfaction

Требования

  • 018+ years of experience in a client‑facing role, ideally customer success, with large, global, complex organizations
  • 02Strong analytical skills and operating rigor
  • 03Executive presence and presentation skills for multi‑stakeholder meetings
  • 04Proven success in consulting, pre‑sales, technical account management or equivalent
  • 05Experience building comprehensive account plans and achieving targets
  • 06Track record of managing large, complex projects or programs
  • 07Ability to handle difficult customers or situations and resolve them
  • 08Team orientation with sales and services peers
  • 09Ability to navigate data and people to find answers
  • 10Strong understanding of Stripe’s business and products
  • 11Sophisticated business sense and understanding of customers’ strategic drivers (preferred)
  • 12Experience leading technical conversations and influencing decisions (preferred)
  • 13Willingness to work independently and adapt in a high‑growth, fast‑changing environment (preferred)
