- 01Identify and scope new opportunities, processes, and projects that have team level impact
- 02Create reusable data products (dashboards, data models, code) that set high standards for future projects and for other analysts across the organization
- 03Assist in developing the team's data pipelines and performance workbooks by leveraging both your expertise in payments and technical skills
- 04Set priorities for the Customer Success team’s technical/data opportunities, secure partner buy-in, and manage reprioritization as needed
- 05Develop vertical agents that solve the Customer Success teams' most manual or repetitive tasks
- 06Maintain analytics assets owned by the team, such as metric definitions, technical documentation, query libraries, and other tooling
- 07Act as a resource to the team and broader business for understanding the nuance and technical complexity of Customer Success datasets
- 08Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to the team, cross-functional partners, and broader stakeholders
Требования
- 013-8+ years experience in Data Analysis, BIE, or Technical Customer Advisory roles
- 02Expertise in data visualization and using data insights to make recommendations
- 03Proven ability to manage and deliver on multiple projects with great attention to detail
- 04Ability to clearly communicate results and drive impact
- 05Comfortable collaborating across functions to identify data analytics problems and execute solutions with technical rigor and data-driven insights
- 06Familiarity with card payments ecosystem
- 07A proven ability to build collaborative working relationships to execute on complex projects with cross-functional teams
- 08The ability to deal effectively with ambiguity and thrive in an unstructured, fast-moving environment
- 09A proven ability to be a self-starter capable of driving business results without significant supervision
- 10Excellent verbal and written communication skills
