Обязанности
- 01Lead initiatives within Elasticsearch to produce an industry-leading search engine offering
- 02Contribute to Elasticsearch full time, building new search features and fixing bugs
- 03Work with a globally distributed team on the vector search capabilities of Elasticsearch
- 04Be an expert on Elasticsearch search relevance and drive improvements in this area
- 05Work with community members on issues and pull requests, triaging and handling them
Требования
- 01Professional experience with search or vector databases
- 02Solid skills in core Java and conversant in its standard library
- 03Work with a high level of autonomy, taking projects from beginning to end
- 04Comfortable developing collaboratively, giving and receiving feedback
- 05Experience with data storage technologies like Elasticsearch, Solr, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Cassandra
- 06Proven track record of using AI to accelerate development, debug systems, and optimize code
- 07Ability to collaborate across functions and teams and transition between projects
- 08Work autonomously and drive decisions in a distributed team with asynchronous communication
