Обязанности
- 01Develop a deep understanding of the Martech domain to qualify prospects' goals and requirements and effectively articulate Insider One's value offering
- 02Engage with prospects as a solution consultant and trusted advisor during the pre-sales process
- 03Contribute to the sales strategy connecting prospects' requirements and desires with Insider One platform and products
- 04Craft personalised demos and presentations, and pitch them to business and technical audiences
- 05Take the lead in internal coordination for responding to the technical parts of RFIs/RFPs
- 06Maintain awareness of the product roadmap and new features, and share market insights with the Product Management Team
- 07Take responsibility for handing the new clients over to the Insider One Customer Success Team for a smooth onboarding experience
- 08Help the sales team create personalized decks & use cases when required and requested
Требования
- 01Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role (Sales Engineer / Solutions Consultant / Solutions Engineer) or other roles that require a strong mix of technical & client-facing skills
- 02Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on capturing requirements and use cases, developing a solution, and articulating business value
- 03Successful track record for SaaS application selling into complex enterprise environments
- 04Technical understanding of SAAS solutions, architecture, and modern business applications, including development frameworks (Web & App) and integrations (APIs)
- 05Ability to coordinate various parties with different backgrounds to solve business and technical problems
- 06Self-starter, good at multitasking, and committed to upholding the highest level of standards in the team’s execution of the sales process
