• 01Proactively engages with and reaches out to customer technical decision-makers and influencers
• 02Run data workshops to build plans for implementing solutions that align with customer business goals and technical environments
• 03Drives pilots, proofs of concept (POC), and value and moves the customer forward from pilots to productive deployments by rooting pilots in business impact
• 04Troubleshoots technical issues reported by customers during the implementation and ongoing campaign deployment process and provides solutions
• 05Identifies, escalates, and works to resolve technical blockers to accelerate architecture implementations
• 06Proactively engages product and support teams to remediate blockers by conveying impact
• 07Leverages best practices to guide customer strategy and future growth for Insider One

Требования

• 01Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 02Minimum 5 years of experience in consultative/complex technical deployment projects, architecture, design, implementation, and/or support of highly distributed applications
• 03Proven track record of building deep technical relationships with senior IT executives in large or highly strategic accounts
• 04Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to orchestrate, lead, and influence virtual teams
• 05Extensive technical experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, and technology management
• 06Familiarity, awareness, or strong working knowledge of development methodologies and technologies in one or more of the following: JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS; REST, XML, database technologies
• 07Strong product command and technical domain knowledge of one or more of the following: SaaS, Marketing, Mobile Applications, APIs, or Programming
