• 01Proactively engage with and reach out to customer technical decision-makers and influencers
• 02Run data workshops to build plans for implementing solutions
• 03Drive pilots, proofs of concept (POC), and value and move the customer forward from pilots to productive deployments
• 04Troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers during implementation and campaign deployment
• 05Identify, escalate, and work to resolve technical blockers to accelerate architecture implementations
• 06Proactively engage with product and support teams to remediate blockers
• 07Leverage best practices to guide customer strategy and future growth

Требования

• 01Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 02Minimum 5 years of experience in consultative/complex technical deployment projects, architecture, design, implementation, and/or support of highly distributed applications
• 03Proven track record of building deep technical relationships with senior IT executives in large or highly strategic accounts
• 04Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to orchestrate, lead, and influence virtual teams
• 05Extensive technical experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, and technology management
• 06Familiarity, awareness, or strong working knowledge of development methodologies and technologies in one or more of the following: JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS; REST, XML, database technologies
• 07Strong product command and technical domain knowledge of one or more of the following: SaaS, Marketing, Mobile Applications, APIs, or Programming
• 08Strong communication skills in English and German
