Обязанности
- 01Be the face of Insider One to clients and bridge between their needs and technology
- 02Help clients understand their needs and match features/products to their goals
- 03Ensure clients utilize technology optimally and monitor adoption
- 04Collaborate with engineers and product specialists for tech support
- 05Develop and maintain key account plans to boost client value
- 06Provide feedback on market trends and opportunities
- 07Establish trusted adviser relationship ensuring customer satisfaction
- 08Plan strategies to meet customer objectives and resolve escalated issues
- 09Bring new product ideas to shape product roadmap
Требования
- 01Previous work experience in customer-facing roles (customer success, project management, strategic consulting)
- 02Ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with customers at executive level
- 03Solid oral and written communication abilities
- 04Positive and energetic phone skills
- 05Excellent listening skills
- 06Self-motivated and tech-savvy
- 07Superior project and time management skills
- 08Keen eye for detail
- 09Passion for testing, measuring, and improving outreach effectiveness
- 10Ability to work in fast-paced startup environment
- 11Strong communication skills in both English and German
