Обязанности
- 01Lead and grow a small team of engineers responsible for internal platforms and product experiences
- 02Help define standards for internal developer-facing platforms including usability, reliability, documentation, adoption, and supportability
- 03Set technical direction for systems spanning UI frameworks, CLI tooling, notification platforms, subscription models, and infrastructure governance workflows
- 04Stay in touch with team's code and write code or troubleshoot issues when needed to unblock the team
- 05Lead and cultivate a team of engineers including performance management and career development
- 06Own and drive relationships with engineering teams and major stakeholders to prioritize impact
- 07Run OKR processes to define and align the team's quarterly goals with business needs
Требования
- 01Experience managing engineers working on internal platforms, developer tooling, infrastructure tooling, or similar internally focused systems
- 02Strong technical judgment across distributed systems, internal tools, APIs, data models, and user-facing engineering workflows
- 03Understanding that internal platforms succeed through adoption, trust, reliability, and clear user experience
- 04Experience working directly with engineering customers, platform teams, or infrastructure teams to understand workflows and improve work processes
- 05Significant experience in one or more backend languages such as Go, Python, Java
- 06Experience with different types of data stores such as PostgreSQL, Cassandra, Redis or ElasticSearch
- 07Frontend or product-surface fluency to guide teams building internal UIs, design systems, or workflow tools
- 08BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering or related scientific field or equivalent professional experience
