Обязанности
- 01Guide and mentor a diverse team of 4-8 software engineers
- 02Drive the technical roadmap in collaboration with your team, product managers, and support teams
- 03Engage strategically with complex technical problems and work with your team to produce well-defined and actionable plans
- 04Be a core contributor and reviewer of code, lead design decisions, and participate in our well-scoped on-call rotation
- 05Understand the broader business context to align technical decisions with business goals
- 06Contribute to engineering-wide initiatives as a member of Datadog’s engineering management team
Требования
- 01A seasoned software engineer with experience building developer tools, running databases, and maintaining infrastructure with a focus on reliability and fault tolerance
- 02A proven leader with the ability to manage team dynamics, set goals, provide feedback, and foster a positive and productive work environment
- 03A capable project manager who can plan, organize, and oversee multiple software engineering projects
- 04An excellent communicator who is comfortable interacting with team members, stakeholders, and upper management alike
- 05Demonstrated ability to use AI coding tools in day-to-day workflows and validate, critique, and refine AI-generated output
