Обязанности
- 01Lead, mentor, and grow a team of strong full-stack and frontend engineers
- 02Own delivery for the Experimentation App from planning through production
- 03Set technical direction in partnership with your team and our statistics engineers
- 04Partner with Product, Design, and customers directly to shape requirements
- 05Foster a culture of fast iteration and high engineering standards through code reviews, design reviews, and blameless postmortems
- 06Recruit, develop, and retain top-tier talent as the team scales
Требования
- 012-3 years experience as a people manager, or as a technical leader with strong mentorship skills
- 025+ years experience building and shipping software, with a strong technical background
- 03Experience shipping products in a fast-paced environment, comfortable balancing speed with quality
- 04Energized by ambiguity and a large roadmap, and you can help your team prioritize and sequence work
- 05Strong stakeholder management skills using empathy, collaboration, and clear communication
