Manager I, Engineering - Onboarding Growth

Обязанности
- 01Work with Product Management and Design to plan and staff projects for the Onboarding Growth team
- 02Coach and develop engineers at various levels
- 03Ensure strong cross-team communication and design best practices around project management, code review, architecture patterns, and more
- 04Build UX features to streamline the onboarding and trial experience through rapid experimentation
- 05Build out data platforms and use that data to personalize the onboarding experience for each user
- 06Work directly with product teams to ensure each product has a best in class new user experience
- 07Create AI-assisted setup options to make sure initial setup “just works” out of the box
- 08Champion the use of analytics data to analyze user behaviour and apply those insights to product UX
Требования
- 01At least 2 years of people management experience in a software engineering or similar setting
- 02Experience managing full stack development teams
- 03Excellent communication skills, including at delivering clear, actionable, and empathetic feedback
- 04Product-oriented: you put solving customer problems first and know how to ship features quickly and iterate on them
- 05Passionate about experimentation and using data to drive decisions
- 06Demonstrated sense of ownership over your team's work
