Responsibilities

01Serve as the go-to expert on Veeva Compass and HCP Access, focusing on APLD data products
02Adopt a consultative approach, working directly with customers to understand business needs and deliver custom data assessments and product demonstrations
03Contribute to the pre-sales framework design, including standardized processes and analysis templates
04Manage multiple analytics projects, ensuring on-time delivery
05Serve as a key thought leader for Veeva Compass, shaping the market narrative and creating forward-looking content
06Collect market feedback and share it with strategy and product teams to influence the product roadmap
07Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, building and maintaining strong relationships at key accounts
08Assist Account Partners in responding to RFPs

018+ years of healthcare data and/or analytics experience, with deep knowledge in areas like Oncology and Rare Disease
02Experience working with commercial teams in life sciences and managing client engagements
03A demonstrated ability to successfully engage all levels of client organizations
04Deep knowledge of and direct experience working with pharmaceutical commercial data sets from vendors like IQVIA, ICON, and Komodo MapLab
05Ability to analyze large datasets using SQL
06Proficiency in project management tools like Jira and Confluence
07Excellent critical thinking, analysis, and presentation skills
08A passion for bringing new products to market and entrepreneurial energy
09The ability to function as a trusted advisor to customers
10Ability to travel for customer meetings and internal events, as needed
