Senior Health Data Analyst - Compass

Responsibilities
- 01Own the investigation and resolution of data observations and data questions driven by internal and external stakeholders
- 02Understand our product pipeline and impact to data to identify improvements
- 03Build standard templates and practices to streamline data quality in your target domains
- 04Own key analytics projects in the data and feature roadmaps
- 05Design new data analytics and data quality features & capabilities, including features such as match, merge, dedupe logic, value enrichment and reference mappings
- 06Establish quality metrics and build dashboards to drive continuous improvement of our data products for key areas such as merging, payer data, lab, prescribers, etc.
Requirements
- 014+ years of experience analyzing prescription data and medical claims data
- 02Advanced SQL skills; able to query and manipulate relational databases
- 03Knowledge of Industry Standard billing codes such as ICD, CPT/HCPCS, NDC
- 04Experience documenting and presenting analytics results with stakeholders
- 05Experience defining KPIs and building dashboards to measure success
