Responsibilities
- 01Own the investigation and resolution of data observations and data questions driven by internal and external stakeholders
- 02Understand product pipeline and impact on data to identify improvements
- 03Build standard templates and practices to streamline data quality in target domains
- 04Own key analytics projects in data and feature roadmaps
- 05Design new data analytics and data quality features and capabilities, including match, merge, dedupe logic, value enrichment, and reference mappings
- 06Establish quality metrics and build dashboards to drive continuous improvement of data products for areas such as merging, payer data, lab, prescribers, etc.
- 07Investigate internal and external questions to understand data trends and behavior within customer-defined cohorts and across the network (Data Support)
- 08Define and track quality metrics in target domain via dashboards, identify improvement opportunities, and document/share learnings cross-functionally (Data Quality)
- 09Collaboratively launch new features to enhance data, investigating, defining, and testing productizable improvements at scale across billions of records (Data Network Improvements)
Requirements
- 014+ years of experience analyzing prescription data and medical claims data
- 02Advanced SQL skills; able to query and manipulate relational databases
- 03Knowledge of Industry Standard billing codes such as ICD, CPT/HCPCS, NDC
- 04Experience documenting and presenting analytics results with stakeholders
- 05Experience defining KPIs and building dashboards to measure success
