Responsibilities
- 01Serve as the go-to expert on Veeva Compass and HCP Access
- 02Adopt a consultative approach working directly with customers
- 03Design and deliver custom data assessments and product demonstrations
- 04Contribute to pre-sales framework design
- 05Manage multiple analytics projects ensuring on-time delivery
- 06Serve as a key thought leader for Veeva Compass
- 07Collect market feedback and share with strategy and product teams
- 08Contribute to new business development and assist with RFPs
- 09Serve as a trusted advisor to clients building strong relationships
Requirements
- 018+ years of healthcare data and/or analytics experience
- 02Deep knowledge in areas like Oncology and Rare Disease
- 03Experience working with commercial teams in life sciences
- 04Experience managing client engagements
- 05Ability to engage all levels of client organizations
- 06Deep knowledge of pharmaceutical commercial data sets
- 07Experience with data products from IQVIA, ICON, and Komodo
- 08Ability to analyze large datasets using SQL
- 09Proficiency in project management tools like Jira and Confluence
- 10Excellent critical thinking, analysis, and presentation skills
- 11Ability to function as a trusted advisor to customers
- 12Ability to travel for customer meetings and internal events
