Technical Program Manager (Temporary)

01Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope and with no issues
02Collaborate with key stakeholders, including product managers, engineering managers, designers, cross-functional teams, and external vendors to define project requirements and goals and help execute on those goals
03Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation plans while identifying potential risks and proposing mitigation strategies with the appropriate stakeholders and decision makers
04Drive continuous improvement by identifying areas of opportunity and implementing process enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
05Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer-centricity within the team and across the organization
06Act as a liaison between the technical team, non-technical stakeholders, and external parties, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project objectives

01A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical program management, ideally with a strong focus on FinTech projects
02Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex, cross-functional projects in a fast-paced startup environment
03Strong understanding of product development Life cycle (PDLC), software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
04Strong understanding and usage of both project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, & Google product suite) and AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini)
05Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
06Adept at problem-solving, critical thinking, and risk management
07Passionate about technology and innovation, with a strong desire to make a lasting impact in the FinTech industry
08Bachelor's degree
