- 01End-to-end design ownership of product areas in partnership with IDC Product and Engineering – from early problem framing through final implementation
- 02Own direction and quality of your initiatives, including systems-level thinking about how your work connects to the broader product and design systems
- 03Drive UI decisions and deliver engineering-ready designs, flows, and components with a high bar for craft
- 04Raise the bar for design through the quality of your work and how you show up in brainstorms, reviews, and cross-functional partnership
- 05Work with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently, addressing any design-related issues or adjustments as needed
- 06Partner closely with Bangalore and US design teams to contribute to UX/UI direction and ensure quality and consistency across product and services
- 07Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Brand, Marketing and other core teams to deliver lovable and memorable experiences
Требования
- 015-7 years of product design experience with a portfolio showing end-to-end ownership, preferably for a mobile application
- 02Fluency in Figma, including design systems and prototyping for engineering handoff
- 03Comfort operating independently in an ambiguous environment
- 04Mobile app experience strongly preferred; fintech or consumer product background a plus
- 05Knowledge and efficiency of Adobe Creative Suite preferred
- 06Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work autonomously and effectively with cross-functional teams
- 07Eye for detail, consistency, and passion for creating high-quality, user-centered designs
- 08Comprehensive knowledge of standard iOS and Android mobile design patterns
