  • 01Review and process customer support tickets related to account issues, payments, and disputes
  • 02Conduct account reviews, identity verification, and documentation checks
  • 03Escalate complex or fraud related cases
  • 04Log and update case details accurately in internal systems
  • 05Investigate issues using internal tools and policy guideline
  • 06Meet performance metrics like response time, resolution rate, and quality standards
  • 07Provide feedback to improve processes and tools
  • 08Effectively utilize software and internal tools to navigate customer accounts and solve issues
  • 09Continuously engage in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the company, product and role
  • 10Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Требования

  • 01High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 02Strong verbal and written English
  • 03Ability to work independently and stay focused during repetitive tasks
  • 04Exceptional customer service, active listening, and problem solving skills
  • 05Ability to multi-task across systems and maintain composure under pressure
  • 06Proficiency with software, ideally CRM software, and strong typing skills
  • 07Experience in customer service and financial services is preferred
  • 08Strong organizational, problem solving and time-management skills
  • 09Responsible and able to self-manage
  • 10Adaptable and accountable
  • 11High attention to detail and accuracy
  • 12Able to quickly learn about Greenlight’s products, services and policies

Условия

  • 01Shift: 6:30 pm - 3:30 am local time (IST)
  • 02This position will require overnights and weekends. The schedule may vary depending on business needs.
  • 03Greenlight is telecommuter friendly and does not require an in-office presence throughout the week.
