- 01Conduct internal investigations across the company regarding workplace complaints or concerns
- 02Manage sensitive and confidential employee situations
- 03Ensure workplace policies are clear, fair, and compliant with federal and state labor laws
- 04Act as advisor to managers and People Success Partners on employee situations
- 05Provide guidance on California-specific labor law nuances
- 06Deliver training for managers on conflict resolution and documentation
- 07Identify workplace risks through observation and communication
- 08Share trend data and insights with leadership
Требования
- 018+ years of deep HR generalist experience
- 02Proven ability to act as trusted advisor to leaders on complex HR issues
- 03Deep knowledge of employment law and regulatory environments across multiple U.S. states
- 04Hands-on experience with California labor laws, wage-and-hour regulations, and CRD compliance frameworks
- 05Experience in fast-growing, scaling business environment preferred
