Обязанности

  • 01Support and conduct internal investigations involving workplace complaints or concerns
  • 02Serve as a responsive, discreet point of contact for employees and managers dealing with sensitive situations
  • 03Help protect the bandwidth of Employee Success Partners by handling day-to-day ER cases
  • 04Partner with Legal, Compliance, and People Operations to apply workplace policies fairly and consistently
  • 05Act as a sounding board for managers navigating tough employee situations, performance concerns, and policy questions
  • 06Apply working knowledge of federal employment law and Colorado-specific requirements in day-to-day ER work
  • 07Support the delivery of manager training on conflict resolution, documentation practices, and early ER risk identification
  • 08Stay attuned to workplace dynamics and flag early signs of morale issues or cultural concerns

Требования

  • 013–5 years of HR generalist or employee relations experience
  • 02Exposure to investigations, performance management, and employee-facing advisory work
  • 03Solid working knowledge of federal employment law
  • 04Familiarity with Colorado labor law preferred
  • 05Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • 06Able to navigate difficult conversations with discretion and empathy
  • 07Willingness to travel periodically as needed (up to 10–15%)
  • 08Must be based in Denver, CO
