01Own key corporate accounting areas, including expense accruals, reconciliations, accounts payable and complex balance sheet and P&L accounts
02Manage the monthly and quarterly close process, ensuring accurate and timely results in accordance with U.S. GAAP
03Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance scalability and close efficiency using modern finance tools
04Ensure strong internal controls over financial reporting, including control design, documentation, and remediation of deficiencies
05Serve as the primary point of contact for external and internal auditors, managing the relationship and ensuring audit readiness
06Lead and develop a team of corporate accounting professionals, providing oversight, coaching, and performance management

01Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a CPA are required
028+ years of prior work experience; public accounting experience is highly preferred
03In-depth knowledge of U.S. GAAP and extensive experience in technical accounting and financial reporting
04Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel
05Proven success in creating efficiencies, systems, and controls in a fast-paced, autonomous environment
06Experience with manufacturing, complex legal/reporting structures
07This position is designated a safety-sensitive position and/or is located in a safety-sensitive facility; drug and alcohol program participation is required
