02Proven product craft across full cycle: discovery methods, roadmap prioritization frameworks, defining and measuring product outcomes
03Portfolio of shipped products that materially changed user behavior or business outcomes at scale
04Hands-on engineering ability with AI coding assistants and agent frameworks
05Strong judgment on build vs. buy vs. kill decisions
06Demonstrated track record of leading cross-functional work with senior executives
07Excellent written communication through PRDs, strategy docs, decision memos
08Bias for action, low ego, and high tolerance for ambiguity
