  • 01Diagnose and solve ambiguous problems by determining the right level of solution
  • 02Act as a trusted partner to People Leadership by translating strategic objectives into operational frameworks
  • 03Drive cross-functional initiatives end to end by managing timelines, stakeholders, and communications
  • 04Build new programs, processes, or frameworks from scratch in a dynamic environment
  • 05Manage the internal operating rhythm of the People team and facilitate strategic planning sessions
  • 06Synthesize cross-functional data and qualitative insights into executive narratives
  • 07Orchestrate the People team’s readiness for complex initiatives like geographic expansion

Требования

  • 018–10+ years HR experience as a generalist, specialist, project manager or program manager
  • 02HR fluency and understanding of how people functions work
  • 03Strong risk barometer to identify legal, cultural, or operational risks
  • 04Autonomous problem-solving ability without waiting for playbooks
  • 05Discretion in handling sensitive information
  • 06Comfort with ambiguity and undefined scope
  • 07Organized project management skills and ability to bring structure to chaos
  • 08Cross-functional influence and ability to drive alignment without formal authority
