- 01Diagnose and solve ambiguous problems by determining the right level of solution
- 02Act as a trusted partner to People Leadership by translating strategic objectives into operational frameworks
- 03Drive cross-functional initiatives end to end by managing timelines, stakeholders, and communications
- 04Build new programs, processes, or frameworks from scratch in a dynamic environment
- 05Manage the internal operating rhythm of the People team and facilitate strategic planning sessions
- 06Synthesize cross-functional data and qualitative insights into executive narratives
- 07Orchestrate the People team’s readiness for complex initiatives like geographic expansion
Требования
- 018–10+ years HR experience as a generalist, specialist, project manager or program manager
- 02HR fluency and understanding of how people functions work
- 03Strong risk barometer to identify legal, cultural, or operational risks
- 04Autonomous problem-solving ability without waiting for playbooks
- 05Discretion in handling sensitive information
- 06Comfort with ambiguity and undefined scope
- 07Organized project management skills and ability to bring structure to chaos
- 08Cross-functional influence and ability to drive alignment without formal authority
