Обязанности
- 01Collaborate closely with customer success and product teams to understand the 'why' behind products
- 02Evaluate new services, frameworks, and tools for engineering teams considering reliability, scalability, cost, and ease of adoption
- 03Advocate for forward-thinking architecture and solutions that reduce friction and increase efficiency
- 04Write technical architecture designs, contribute code, and review merge requests
- 05Develop and refine technical assessments for hiring process
- 06Mentor engineers and help them grow in their careers
Требования
- 01Ability to act as a mentor for junior engineers, providing guidance on design proposals and conducting thorough code reviews
- 02Passion for leading by example and fostering innovation and high-quality software engineering practices
- 03Experience with wide range of tools and technologies and ability to evaluate them for reliability, scalability, operational costs
- 04Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across different teams to achieve shared goals
