  • 01Own end-to-end partnership development with enterprise accounts, government agencies, and public sector institutions in EMEA
  • 02Identify, prospect, and close strategic partnerships with large EMEA enterprises across technology, finance, professional services, retail, and more
  • 03Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder procurement processes typical of European enterprise and government accounts
  • 04Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers, executives, and procurement leads
  • 05Identify, recruit, and activate resellers, system integrators, and channel partners who can distribute Replit's products across EMEA
  • 06Develop enablement programs, co-selling motions, and joint go-to-market strategies with channel partners
  • 07Negotiate partnership agreements, reseller terms, and co-marketing arrangements
  • 08Monitor partner performance and iterate on programs to maximise channel revenue
  • 09Build partnerships with EMEA universities, coding bootcamps, and educational institutions to drive adoption of Replit in learning environments
  • 10Engage with the Department for Education and government digital skills initiatives to position Replit as the platform for coding education
  • 11Design programs that give educational partners meaningful access to Replit's tools, curriculum resources, and credits
  • 12Drive bottom-up adoption among EMEA builders through community engagement, developer relations, and PLG initiatives
  • 13Partner with Replit's Product, Marketing, and Community teams to surface EMEA-specific use cases and advocate for features that serve the local market
  • 14Build and nurture a community of Replit power users and advocates across EMEA
  • 15Represent Replit at major EMEA technology conferences, trade shows, and industry events (e.g., London Tech Week)
  • 16Build and manage a robust deal pipeline, tracking opportunities from prospecting through close
  • 17Report on partnership and growth metrics, ensuring activities convert to measurable business impact
  • 18Collaborate with Replit's global Partnerships team on cross-functional initiatives across enterprise, education, and international expansion

Требования

  • 018+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, enterprise sales, or growth, ideally in a technology or SaaS environment
  • 02Deep familiarity with the EMEA's business landscape, including enterprise sales cycles, public sector procurement, and the broader London tech ecosystem
  • 03Proven track record sourcing, structuring, and closing enterprise or government partnerships in the EMEA
  • 04Experience working with or selling to EMEA public sector institutions, large enterprises, or through channel/reseller networks
  • 05Strong communicator who can adapt messaging for technical developers, non-technical operators, C-suite executives, and government stakeholders alike
  • 06Self-starter with a bias for action; comfortable with ambiguity and excited to build market presence from the ground up
  • 07Data-driven mindset — you measure what matters and use insights to iterate quickly
  • 08Genuine passion for the future of software creation and democratising access to building software
