Senior Solutions Engineer

Обязанности
- 01Work with Sales Teams and prospects on their evaluation and adoption of Algolia solutions
- 02Understand and qualify customer goals with KPIs and effectively articulate Algolia’s ability to meet them
- 03Assist in the Sales process including discovery, demo, Proofs of Concept (POC), RFP responses & business justification
- 04Assist in partner-led and partner-assisted sales motions including partner enablement, education, demo, POC, RFP
- 05Deliver and record occasional partner onboarding and enablement webinars, sharing Algolia platform introduction as well as newly shipped features
- 06Develop custom search applications leveraging the tools, frameworks, and partners of the Algolia ecosystem
- 07Distill and advocate customer interests, needs and product feedback in order to relay to Product and Engineering teams
- 08Continuously learn and update skills and keep aware of industry trends in the Search and Discovery space, and contribute to thought leadership to make Algolia more accessible to the world
- 09Work with the Solution Architects and Customer Success teams on seamless transition to the post sales process to ensure highly successful onboarding
Требования
- 01Strong desire to help solve problems with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a broad audience
- 024+ years experience in a customer-facing technical role (SE, SA, consultant, PM), ideally in the SaaS space
- 03Previous software development experience in one or more of the following areas: Front End: JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Back-End: Java, Ruby, Go, Node, Python, Swift/Objective-C
- 04Experience with data modeling, data transformation and enrichment
- 05Great oral and written communication skills
- 06Experience delivering technical presales workshops of various nature (discovery, education, product demonstration)
- 07Experience working with channel partners such as SIs or ISVs
- 08Superior organisational skills working with multiple customers and have the ability to switch context quickly throughout the day with various competing demands and attention to detail
- 09Experience at our current stage and beyond ($150-300M+ ARR range, high growth, lots of change and building internal infrastructure)
- 10Growth mindset and constant curiosity to keep up with industry trends and technical developments
