Business Development Representative, Enterprise

Обязанности
- 01Qualify inbound leads via meetings, email phone or Chat-bots from Target Account List
- 02Build quality, qualified pipeline in targeted set of accounts
- 03Research and strategize with Account Executives on approaching target accounts
- 04Identify prospect key contacts and build personalized approaches using various tools
- 05Execute outbound strategies by creating content like case studies, emails, screencasts
- 06Prioritize time and efforts to maximize pipeline generation and account engagement
- 07Share best practices and participate in team meetings
- 08Use Salesforce to manage, track and report sales activities and results
- 09Track allocated accounts buying journey and conduct appropriate outreach and cold calling
- 10Attend training with Sales Ops and Enablement and provide feedback
- 11Have recurring meetings with Account Executives to refine account strategy
- 12Work with Marketing teams to follow up on accounts and inquiries according to SLAs
- 13Monitor account journey phases and provide feedback to Marketing teams
- 14Collaborate with ABM and demand generation teams on strategic accounts
- 15Support Field Events team by attending events and representing Algolia
- 16Work with Partner teams on Partner-driven opportunities
- 17Attend and contribute to meetings as required
- 18Effectively use all provided software and tools
Требования
- 01Prior experience in lead generation and sales
- 02SaaS experience preferred but not required
- 03Highly motivated with a competitive edge
- 04Strong ability to quickly learn and adapt to change
- 05Keen interest in the tech industry
- 06Track record achieving and exceeding individual quotas
- 07Excellent communication, written, and presentation skills
- 08Ability to think clearly under pressure and manage demands
