Senior Director, Global Solutions Engineering

  • 01Lead four Regional Solutions Engineering Managers directly (AMER, EMEA North, EMEA South, Channel/SMB)
  • 02Design and execute the global SE operating model: AE-aligned coverage by segment and clear career path
  • 03Partner with global leaders in Customer Success, Revenue, R&D, Engineering to drive KPIs and achieve OKRs
  • 04Develop SE teams to facilitate technical storytelling and drive narrative during pre-sales cycle
  • 05Own accountability for all aspects of technical evaluation from discovery to business close
  • 06Drive shift to consultative selling: proactive discovery, solution design, quantified ROI, post-sale optimization
  • 07Champion and leverage AI to drive SE team productivity including AI coding tools, automated demo generation
  • 08Strategize on driving business objectives through Value Engineering process using quantitative customer data
  • 09Partner with Demo Engineering team to build compelling examples showcasing technology and proving ROI
  • 10Support quarterly quota attainment by achieving technical wins on net new business
  • 11Implement best practices and data-driven programs to improve win rates, sales cycle, product adoption
  • 12Enforce operational best practices maintaining consistent customer communication and accurate forecasting
  • 13Recruit, develop, and retain senior SE talent and strong management bench
  • 14Be a trusted advisor and consultant internally and externally

Требования

  • 016+ years of leadership experience building and scaling high-performing global Solutions Engineering teams in SaaS
  • 024-6+ years of hands on Solutions Engineer experience selling to all segments (SMB/Mid Market, Enterprise, Strategic)
  • 03Demonstrated success building and leading a multi-layered management structure (managers of managers)
  • 04Strong technical fundamentals with prior developer experience coding in high-level programming language
  • 05Deep understanding of web technologies and architecting various ecosystems to build scalable solutions
  • 06Working knowledge of headless solutions and architecture, modern commerce stacks, and AI/search applications
  • 07Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in various economic environments
  • 08Experience scaling global teams (EMEA and AMER) across rapidly growing and emerging markets
  • 09Excellent communication and presentation skills (able to communicate with confidence at C-suite level)
  • 10Passion for leading by example and encouraging a healthy work environment
  • 11Experience at current company stage (17,000+ customers, $200-300M ARR range, high growth)
