Senior Sales Engineer - Italian Speaking

Обязанности
- 01Work with Sales Teams and prospects on their evaluation and adoption of Algolia solutions
- 02Understand and qualify customer goals with KPIs and effectively articulate Algolia’s ability to meet them
- 03Assist in the Sales process including discovery, demo, Proofs of Concept (POC), RFP responses & business justification
- 04Develop custom search applications leveraging the tools, frameworks, and partners of the Algolia ecosystem
- 05Distill and advocate customer interests, needs and product feedback in order to relay to Product and Engineering teams
- 06Continuously learn and update skills and keep aware of industry trends in the Search and Discovery space, and contribute to thought leadership to make Algolia more accessible to the world
- 07Work with the Solution Architects and Customer Success teams on seamless transition to the post sales process to ensure highly successful onboarding
Требования
- 01Fluency in Italian and English
- 02Obsessed with Solving Customer Problems
- 034+ years experience in a customer-facing technical role (SE, SA, consultant, PM), ideally in the SaaS space
- 04Previous software development experience in one or more of the following areas: Front End: JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Back-End: Java, Ruby, Go, Node, Python, Swift/Objective-C
- 05Experience with data formats and data transformation
- 06Great oral and written communication skills
- 07Superior organisational skills working with multiple customers and have the ability to switch context quickly throughout the day with various competing demands and attention to detail
- 08Experience at our current stage and beyond ($150-300M+ ARR range, high growth, lots of change and building internal infrastructure)
