Senior Machine Learning Operations Engineer

Обязанности
- 01Architect the machine learning production lifecycle, maintaining and deploying ML models to a scalable, reliable, and secure production environment
- 02Design and maintain infrastructure, automation, and monitoring systems to ensure AI products are high-performing and cost-effective
- 03Automate deployment and retraining of ML models by building and managing CI/CD/CT pipelines following MLOps best practices
- 04Build, fine-tune, or use pre-trained LLMs, deep learning models, or traditional machine learning models
- 05Evaluate and recommend AI or ML solutions for the product using vendor solutions and/or custom-built models
- 06Implement model versioning, lineage tracking, and auditing to ensure compliance with security and ethical standards
- 07Monitor health and performance of production machine learning models, addressing model drift, staleness, and degradation
- 08Incorporate user feedback for iterative improvements and manage model retraining cycles
- 09Act as a bridge between Data Scientists and Software Engineers to integrate ML solutions across Smartsheet
- 10Provision and manage scalable cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- 11Provide architectural guidance and mentorship to ML engineers, data scientists, and analytics engineers
- 12Distill complex ML concepts into easy-to-follow technical documentation
Требования
- 015+ years of experience creating, deploying, and scaling machine learning solutions in a cloud environment (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- 02Ability to use tools like SageMaker, Glue, Lambda, Docker for ML models and data pipelines
- 037+ years of programming experience in AI/ML languages (Python, Scala)
- 044+ years of experience developing deep learning and traditional ML models using frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, scikit-learn
- 05Strong applied data science skills to recognize data patterns, select ML approaches, and evaluate algorithm performance
- 06Proven ability to stay updated with advancements in Generative AI (OpenAI, LangChain, Stable Diffusion APIs)
- 07Experience developing, documenting, and supporting REST APIs
- 08Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
