Sr Director, Revenue Enablement

- 01Design and operate a modern, AI-augmented enablement system to compress time-to-productivity for new hires and time-to-adoption for new product capabilities
- 02Build scalable, role-based learning programs leveraging AI tools (adaptive learning platforms, AI-assisted coaching, automated content delivery)
- 03Establish a repeatable motion for enabling the field on AI product releases: from launch readiness to certified competency with measurable adoption milestones
- 04Define and own success metrics connecting enablement activity to revenue outcomes (ramp time, win rates, pipeline conversion, expansion rates, forecast accuracy)
- 05Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to make ROI of enablement visible to CMO and CRO
- 06Translate Smartsheet’s GTM strategy into quarterly enablement priorities with clear owners, milestones, and accountability
- 07Partner with Product Marketing to ensure AI feature messaging is translated into field-ready narratives, objection handling frameworks, and competitive positioning
- 08Own the motion from product release to seller-certified readiness, designing programs, content, and inspection cadences
- 09Operationalize Strategic Value Selling methodology with structured playbooks, AI-assisted call review tools, and inspection cadences
- 10Define enterprise B2B selling competencies required to win in the market, including AI fluency as a core skill
- 11Drive consistent execution of sales methodology, deal rigor, and pipeline hygiene through programming and data-driven inspection
- 12Own the enablement content ecosystem: messaging frameworks, playbooks, competitive battlecards, training assets, and partner materials
- 13Lead evaluation, adoption, and optimization of AI-powered enablement tools (conversational intelligence platforms, AI content generation, readiness scoring)
- 14Partner with Revenue Operations to ensure enablement and sales technology stack is integrated, instrumented, and driving measurable seller productivity
- 15Build, inspire, and scale a high-performing Enablement organization with a culture of accountability and continuous growth
- 16Own and steward the Enablement budget with strategic investment decisions to accelerate revenue growth and sales productivity
- 17Shape company-wide strategic direction as a senior leadership stakeholder, driving program decisions with operational excellence and measurable business outcomes
- 18Define and champion policies, processes, and best practices to elevate Smartsheet's sales and marketing organization
