- 01Craft exceptional experiences using full range of product design skills to discover, design, and deliver intuitive, well-crafted experiences
- 02Elevate some of Airtable’s most critical workflows while maintaining a high bar for overall design quality
- 03Contribute to the strategic vision of Airtable’s evolution, including defining a strong point of view about its future direction
- 04Experiment with AI-assisted prototyping and building, including vibe-coded flows, Figma MCP, and AI tools
- 05Create working interactive prototypes using tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or Figma Make
- 06Partner effectively with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to create cohesive user experiences
- 07Engage directly with customers through interviews and feedback to inform design decisions
- 08Contribute to the design team’s growth by participating in critiques, collaborative sessions, and learning initiatives
- 09Help shape the design team’s workflows, including experimenting with agentic workflows and AI-assisted design operations
Требования
- 018+ years of experience as a Product Designer
- 02Portfolio of thoughtful, impactful work demonstrating design expertise
- 03Experience with AI, SaaS, or zero-to-one projects (bonus)
- 04Fluency in prototyping and exploration across sketching, interaction design, and working prototypes
- 05Ability to communicate ideas through interactive prototypes in tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or Figma Make
- 06Experience with emerging tools and interaction patterns, including agentic workflows
- 07Ability to navigate ambiguous, novel problems with enthusiasm
- 08Curiosity about the future of software creation and emerging technologies
- 09Strong collaborative skills and ability to make people around you better
