01Run recurring customer sessions with operators and builders to surface ground-level realities that influence system design.
02Build interfaces, field agents, automations, data models, and integrations that translate solution visions into working systems.
03Address user feedback by delivering solutions, not just flagging issues, to close the gap between designed and real-world usage.
04Leverage AI to build efficiently and reinvest saved time into customer engagement, with customer-facing time measured and valued.
05Perform QA on own work based on actual user behavior, not just automation correctness.
06Develop reusable build patterns to extend impact across multiple engagements.
07Achieve full Airtable platform proficiency within 90 days, with advanced work expected across interfaces, automations, data modeling, and integrations.
08Help customers see past familiar approaches, present trade-offs clearly, and guide them toward effective solutions amid changing conditions.

013–5 years of experience in a client-facing delivery or implementation role with accountability for system effectiveness in practice.
02Hands‑on technical depth: built complex systems involving forms, automations, integrations, and data models, understanding trade‑offs at each layer.
03Ability to communicate effectively with C‑level sponsors, technical stakeholders, and business SMEs, tailoring message to each audience.
04Skill in reading the underlying question behind customer requests and distinguishing comfort‑based needs from real requirements.
05Capability to surface real constraints, present persuasive trade‑offs, and redirect customers toward viable solutions when they default to familiar approaches.
06Ability to discern whether resistance is a design problem or a change‑management issue and address both appropriately.
07Focus on outcomes rather than mere delivery, with a track record of mastering complex platforms quickly (within 90 days).
08Proven experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to drive outcomes and ensure cross‑functional alignment.
09Embedded use of AI across all delivery phases—design, build, test, document—able to specify which tasks are offloaded to AI, time saved, and where human judgment remains essential.

01Remote‑eligible position (#LI‑Remote).
02On‑target earnings: $170,000–$221,500 USD for San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle, Los Angeles, New York; $153,000–$199,800 USD for all other locations (including remote).
03Total compensation includes benefits, restricted stock units, and possible incentive compensation.
