01Run recurring customer sessions with operators and builders to surface ground-level realities that influence what gets built and how
02Build interfaces, field agents, automations, data models, and integrations that translate a solution vision into working systems
03Make calls to close the gap between designed and real systems by bringing solutions when user feedback indicates design issues
04Build efficiently with AI and reinvest saved time in customer engagement, which is actively measured and valued
05QA your own work against actual user behavior, not just automation correctness
06Create reusable build patterns that extend impact beyond individual engagements
07Achieve full Airtable platform proficiency within 90 days, with advanced work across interfaces, automations, data modeling, and integrations as baseline expectation
08Depending on engagement, contribute to solution design, own delivery coordination, or build within a larger team

01Use AI across every phase of delivery (designing, building, testing, documenting) and can specify which tasks are offloaded to AI, time saved, and where judgment is irreplaceable
02Have 3–5 years of experience in a client-facing delivery or implementation role with direct accountability for whether systems work in practice
03Possess hands-on technical depth building complex systems with forms, automations, integrations, and data models, understanding tradeoffs at each layer
04Communicate effectively with C-level sponsors, technical stakeholders, and business SMEs, tailoring message to earn trust
05Read the question behind the question, surface real constraints, present trade-offs persuasively, and redirect customers toward what will work
06Distinguish whether issues are design problems or change management problems and handle both
07Hold yourself to outcomes, not just delivery
08Have mastered a complex platform quickly before and can do so again within 90 days
09Demonstrate proven ability to work collaboratively with Product, Engineering, and Sales to drive outcomes and ensure cross-functional alignment

01Compensation varies based on work location, relevant skills, and experience
02Total compensation package includes benefits, restricted stock units, and possible incentive compensation
03On-target earnings range for San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle, Los Angeles, and New York: $170,000 – $221,500 USD
04On-target earnings range for all other locations (including remote): $153,000 – $199,800 USD
05Role is remote-eligible (#LI-Remote)
