- 01Build and execute the go-to-market strategy for Okta’s foundational access and authentication platform
- 02Define how core authentication, adaptive policy, and recovery flows serve as the first line of defense against modern identity-based attacks
- 03Create and deliver product demonstrations, technical reference architectures, and briefs to prove Okta’s security value to technical buyers
- 04Own the messaging, positioning, and competitive differentiation for core access technologies
- 05Turn under-the-hood technology into a simple, urgent, and business-focused story highlighting resilience and risk mitigation
- 06Define the strategy for securing AI-driven identity, including managing AI agents as identities and hardening the access layer for automated threats
- 07Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Sales to build technical buyer-focused assets (technical comparisons, FAQs, field enablement materials)
- 08Represent Okta at security events to raise profile and establish unique point of view
- 09Engage with analysts to ensure Okta’s foundational security capabilities are recognized as core to modern security posture
Требования
- 018+ years of experience as a product marketer or product manager in cybersecurity or identity management (IAM, AD, or Entra ID)
- 02Track record of supporting technical evaluations and configuring/demonstrating the product to technical buyers
- 03Proven ability to turn complex technology into compelling business narratives with emotional and urgent messaging
- 04Understanding of how foundational identity signals (MFA, policy) integrate into broader security outcomes (threat detection, incident response)
- 05Experience managing senior stakeholders with differing priorities in fast-paced environments
- 06Domain expertise in identity security and awareness of industry gaps and competitive landscape
Условия
- 01Annual base salary (San Francisco Bay Area): $165,000 – $226,600 USD
- 02Annual base salary (California excluding SF Bay Area, Colorado, Illinois, New York, Washington): $147,000 – $202,400 USD
- 03Annual salary (Canada): $128,000 – $176,000 CAD
- 04Equity (where applicable), bonus, and benefits including health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, paid leave (PTO, parental leave)
