Senior Solutions Engineer

- 01Comprehensive discovery to understand customer requirements and business outcomes
- 02Work in close partnership with the sales team to progress opportunities and manage technical sales from discovery to technical win
- 03Build sales presentations and product demonstrations
- 04Educate customers from developers to C-level executives on best ways to use cloud security technology
- 05Take a hands-on approach to solution validation, including building custom demonstrations and supporting customer-led PoCs
- 06Empathize with customers to discern true technical needs through detailed questioning and present targeted solutions
- 07Maintain a broad and deep technical understanding of the Auth0 product line and underlying technologies
- 08Engage proactively in local and regional sales and marketing events
Требования
- 01Experience in a Pre-Sales role as a Sales Engineer or Solutions Engineer
- 02Ability to quickly articulate complex technical ideas, ideally on the fly at a whiteboard
- 03Experience in a customer-facing role such as consulting, support, teaching, or pre-sales
- 04Experience with at least one standard identity protocol (e.g., OIDC, OAuth2, SAML, LDAP)
- 05Strong development background with proficiency in at least one backend stack (e.g., Java, C#, Node.js, Python, PHP, Ruby) and a popular frontend stack (e.g., React, Angular, Vue)
- 06Experience working with REST APIs and SDKs
- 07Understanding of core security concerns within a typical application (password hashing, SSL/TLS, encryption at rest, XSS, XSRF)
- 08Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate business value
- 09Ability to disperse knowledge to a highly skilled and experienced audience
- 10Natural at building relationships, listening, and managing time well
- 11Enjoy traveling and meeting customers
