Sales Compensation Analyst

- 01Manage the end-to-end monthly/quarterly commission cycle, ensuring accurate and timely payouts for the global sales force
- 02Identify bottlenecks in the current payout workflow and implement automated solutions to reduce manual errors
- 03Act as the primary point of contact for sales inquiries regarding compensation
- 04Research and resolve discrepancies with a high level of professional empathy
- 05Ensure compliance with all internal controls, company policies, and external regulations related to sales compensation
- 06Maintain rigorous documentation for audit purposes (SOX compliance) and ensure all payments adhere to internal policies
- 07Partner closely with the Sales Operations, HR, and Accounting teams to ensure seamless end-to-end process management
- 08Identify and implement process improvements within the sales compensation function to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- 09Participate in testing and implementation of system upgrades and new compensation tools
- 10Provide training and documentation on compensation processes and tools to stakeholders
Требования
- 01Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in Finance, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations
- 02Direct experience in Sales Compensation (Incentive Compensation Management) is a significant advantage
- 03Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- 04Experience with a Sales Performance Management (SPM) system (e.g., Xactly, Varicent, CallidusCloud) is an added advantage
- 05Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data management and calculations
- 06Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present findings clearly
- 07Ability to explain complex commission calculations in simple terms and handle sensitive pay-related conversations with patience, clarity, and professionalism
