- 01Regularly audit and clean account data, hierarchies, and territory alignments within Salesforce to ensure accuracy, completeness, and relevance
- 02Manage deduplication processes, data validation, and ongoing quality reporting
- 03Ensure data management practices align with internal policies, compliance requirements, and industry best practices
- 04Identify, document, and raise data quality issues regarding system processes and procedures
- 05Work cross-functionally with global sales, marketing, and regional teams to drive data issues to resolution
- 06Create and modify Salesforce reports to suit localized and global field needs
- 07Provide timely guidance to end-users with data entry, account creation, and general system requests
Требования
- 01Minimum of 3+ years of professional hands-on experience in a Data Quality or similar data management role
- 02Ensuring strict SLAs are met and all data support requests are driven to full resolution
- 03Successfully leading data quality improvement initiatives for Salesforce to optimize data accuracy
- 04Conducting regular data audits to identify duplicates, missing information, and other discrepancies, while swiftly implementing corrective actions
- 05Creating automated reports in Salesforce to flag potential data issues in real-time
- 06Managing and structuring large datasets to prepare them for analytics and mass system uploads
- 07Working with cross-functional to transform data and increase overall system integrity
- 08Developing dynamic dashboards and reports to track actionable key data quality metrics
- 09Thriving in a flexible work environment, managing a hybrid schedule (2 days in-office, 3 days WFH), and successfully handling PST/rotational shift dynamics
- 10Consistently adhering to company policies and maintaining a high standard of professional communication (both written and verbal)
- 11Multitasking efficiently between urgent, ad-hoc requests and daily operational commitments
- 12Attention to Detail: Exceptional focus on data accuracy and an innate ability to spot minor discrepancies or inconsistencies
- 13Problem-Solving Skills: Creative and proactive in developing sustainable solutions to data-related issues and improving legacy data processes
- 14Process Documentation: Ability to clearly document workflows, guidelines, and best practices for maintaining long-term data integrity
