Global Partner Systems Specialist

- 01Translate business needs into technical user stories and scalable system designs
- 02Build and maintain data flows between Salesforce, Impartner PRM, and learning platforms (LMS) for certifications, deal registrations, and badging
- 03Lead configuration, testing, and deployment of system enhancements
- 04Maintain a high standard of data consistency across all partner platforms
- 05Design dashboards in Tableau and Salesforce to track partner performance, pipeline visibility, and portal engagement
- 06Own end-to-end test plans and lead regression testing for system releases
- 07Troubleshoot complex integration issues and coordinate with developers for defect resolution
- 08Manage user provisioning, create technical documentation, and drive platform adoption
- 09Optimize partner onboarding, agreement management, and deal registration processes
- 10Identify automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency and partner experience
Требования
- 015+ years of experience in systems-focused roles such as Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Technical Partner Operations within a SaaS or technology environment
- 02Deep hands-on experience with partner data across CRM (Salesforce) and PRM (Impartner) systems
- 03Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data flows across enterprise platforms, including learning management systems (Cornerstone & Skilljar)
- 04Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and system configurations as well as test, troubleshoot, and request enhancements to partner systems
- 05Experience participating in the full partner system lifecycle: requirements, design, testing, deployment, and support
- 06Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable solutions
- 07Strong communication skills bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders
