Director, Stock Administration

  • 01Manage international compliance
  • 02Partner with other functional leads to develop processes for accurate equity data
  • 03Ensure proper taxation is applied to all equity exercises and releases
  • 04Manage the reporting, reviewing, and tracking of 10b5-1 trading plans
  • 05Lead and assist with ad-hoc projects
  • 06Create stock reports as requested
  • 07Assist with stock-related disclosures and internal, external audits
  • 08Conduct various stock analysis, modeling, and testing
  • 09Manage the overall quarterly calendar of various stock administration related activities
  • 10Implement educational sessions, presentations, and communication materials for the global employee base
  • 11Provide a superior level of service to employees, management, and others supporting employee understanding of stock plan services
  • 12Assist efforts to improve the stock administration function
  • 13Lead system improvement and implementation as needed
  • 14Assist with mobility and international reporting compliance from an equity perspective
  • 15Assist with the equity program communication and employee education
  • 16Participate in the conversion and assumption of equity awards as required with M&A Process
  • 17Support bi-annual ESPP purchases and quarterly RSU releases
  • 18Participate in the preparation of the annual proxy filing

Требования

  • 01CEP designation preferred or willing to complete within 18 months
  • 02Minimum of 9 years of stock administration experience
  • 03Outstanding analytical, communication and organizational skills
  • 04Excellent business judgement, strategic thinking and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • 05Detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy
  • 06Ability to inspire action and coordinate simultaneous initiatives
  • 07Intellectually curious with an aptitude for creative problem-solving and analysis
  • 08Must be a dependable teammate, ready to collaborate with multiple cross-functional partners
  • 09Ability to work in fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, efficiently prioritize tasks, and adhere to critical deadlines
  • 10Affinity for customer service, demonstrating excellent oral and written communication skills
  • 11Confident working with various levels of management and handling highly confidential data
  • 12Knowledge of regulatory and compliance matters related to equity programs and taxation
  • 13Advanced Excel user (i.e. pivot tables, xlookup, vlookup)

  • 01Annual base salary range for candidates located in California (excluding San Francisco Bay Area), Colorado, Illinois, New York and Washington: $184,000 — $253,000 USD
