- 01Oversee the company’s investment portfolio, ensuring adherence to the Corporate Investment Policy while optimizing yield within risk parameters
- 02Develop sophisticated financial models to evaluate capital allocation strategies, including share buybacks, debt repayment, M&A funding, repatriation, and internal R&D investment
- 03Monitor market trends and peer benchmarks to advise the Treasurer and CFO on optimal capital structure and return-of-capital frameworks
- 04Direct global cash positioning, forecasting, and liquidity planning to ensure optimal funding for operations and M&A activity
- 05Optimize the 'Cash Conversion Cycle,' managing the nuances of high-volume recurring billing and deferred revenue impacts on liquidity
- 06Oversee global banking relationships and the administration of bank accounts, investment accounts and portals
- 07Serve as the primary Business Lead for the global rollout of Kyriba, defining future-state treasury workflows and ensuring the system meets business objectives
- 08Partner with the project manager, the technology team, cross functional leaders, banks, and external consultants to ensure technical configurations (API, Host-to-Host, ERP integrations) align with operational requirements
- 09Distill complex treasury needs—such as multi-currency pooling—into clear functional specifications
- 10Validate UAT test cases, scripts and plans. Conduct UAT and provide sign-off. Ensure full adoption by broader, cross-functional finance teams through proper training and hypercare
- 11Partner with the Treasurer to execute capital market transactions, including debt issuances and share buyback programs
- 12Develop and execute hedging strategies to mitigate foreign exchange (FX) risk and interest rate exposure
- 13Perform treasury due diligence, acquisition integration and support of business expansion/new business models
- 14Lead the annual renewals of our insurance programs with our insurance broker and cross functional constituents
- 15Monitor and ensure the company is appropriately managing counter party risks
- 16Mentor and lead a team of two, fostering a culture of precision, accountability, and continuous improvement
- 17Manage the day-to-day treasury operations while leading high-impact strategic projects
- 18Maintain rigorous internal controls and SOX documentation for all treasury-related activities
Требования
- 0110+ years of progressive treasury experience
- 02At least 3 years in a leadership role within a public, high-growth technology or SaaS company
- 03Proven ability to manage large-scale investment portfolios and build complex capital allocation models
- 04Ability to present with executive level precision
- 05Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- 06MBA, CFA, or CTP preferred
- 07Experience leading a full-lifecycle implementation of a Tier-1 TMS (Kyriba preferred)

- 01Annual base salary range for candidates located in the San Francisco Bay area is between: $233,000 — $320,100 USD
- 02Annual base salary range for candidates located in California (excluding San Francisco Bay Area), Colorado, Illinois, New York, and Washington is between: $208,000 — $286,000 USD
